1. Acceptance
By joining a Con Quest season you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Who Can Participate
Con Quest is intended for participants aged 13 and older. By joining you confirm you meet this requirement or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. By submitting content you grant Con Quest a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content for the purpose of running the event.
You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes a third party's rights. Submissions may be reviewed and removed by event hosts.
4. Photo Metadata
When you upload a photo, Con Quest extracts and stores location and device information embedded in the image (EXIF data) for event analytics. The image served to other participants has this metadata removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Conduct
Participants must treat others with respect. Harassment, cheating, or abuse of the platform will result in removal from the season.
6. Availability
Con Quest is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access during an event.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
